6 TIPS TO HELP YOU MANAGE FATIGUE AND TIREDNESS

tireeed

Tiredness is a common phenomenon amongst humans. It is caused by a number of factors, including hunger, stress (over-working oneself), a type of illness (depression for example) etc. Sometimes, you even feel tired for no reason. It’s a common thing, like I said; it happens to a lot of people, but the good thing is while it can’t be completely avoided, it can be managed. Just follow these tips, and you should be good.

EXERCISE!

Seems a little contradictory, isn’t it? But it does pay off. The mind works in an interesting way. All it needs is the right motivation to get your body to snap out of the tiredness mode. A little exercise always suffices. Take a little jog around or run a little distance, and you’ll be revitalized in no time.

APPLES COME IN HANDY

Apples are not just great tasting fruits, they also do great at helping manage fatigue. Simply get an apple, eat it, and you’ll see the how true what I’m saying is. Eating just one apple will reduce hunger, and give you some energy to go about your work and business.

EAT REAL FOOD

As I mentioned before now, fatigue and tiredness are caused by hunger sometimes. You need to skip eating junk, and get yourself some real homemade food. Junk foods will only serve you momentarily, and you’ll feel hungry again before you know it. So make that switch in diet today, and you’ll be in better shape.

DRINK ENOUGH WATER

Fatigue is also caused by dehydration (insufficiency of water in the body). Drink enough water, at least, 6 to 8 glasses a day to stay refreshed and strong.

GET ENOUGH REST / SLEEP

When the brain is tired, the body is automatically tired too. The brain cannot function optimally if it doesn’t get enough rest. A recent research says that a lack of sleep for 2 weeks can kill one. That’s how important rest is for the brain and body. Getting enough of it will always have you feeling stronger and refreshed.

SUPPLEMENTS

Iron deficiency is a leading cause of fatigue. Iron supplements, purchased at your local grocery store will increase your blood cell count. However, self-prescription isn’t advised. Consult with a professional beforehand.
