He believes that the first step would be the recognition of comedy as a profession job that can help someone lead a decent life. He estimates that such a recognition would see comedians well paid as compared to the current state of affairs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> He also reminded the need for appropriate places to host comedians so as to allow new comers to the industry to train and develop their talent.
