Burundians continue to shine in the Rwandan football. After Hussen Shabani Tchabalala finished the season as top scorer in Rwanda, Abedi Bigirimana, another burundian international playing in the same country, has been nominated as the best player of the 2021-2022 season in Rwandan top flight.
The news came out during the award-giving ceremony held in Kigali city. Abedi Bigirimana was nominated as the best player of the season and the best midfielder of the season at the same time.
Note that Abedi is one of the regular players called on duty for the national team.
