The managers of development aid projects must undergo capacity building training.

This Friday, August 12, 2022, it was held in the premises of the National School of Administration (ENA), a meeting for managers of development aid projects working in Burundi.

In his welcoming speech, the Director General of ENA recalled that the organization of this meeting is part of the missions assigned to ENA. Therefore, this meeting aims at improving the individual and institutional performance of project management sector to contribute to the development of the country in line with the National Development Plan.

The assistant to the Minister of Public Service, Labor and Employment, in his speech, praised the work of Ena which has developed the modular training program in Management of Development Assistance in Burundi. He then called on project managers to free themselves and their staff to participate in this training, once launched. He encouraged ENA to always go forward in its missions to contribute to the innovation of the Burundian public administration. He also declared open the campaign of Mobilization of funds for the reinforcement of capacities to the managers of development aid projects.

The presentations of the Director of Programs, Continuing Education and Expertise and the Administrative and Financial Director of ENA respectively followed.
