The 21-year old Lamazani Largie has scored his first goal in the Spanish top flight, Laliga. It was this sunday 14 August 2022 as the 2022-2023 Laliga season opened officially. UD Almeria, where plays the young talent with Burundian ancestry, hosted Real Madrid.
The match ended with a 2-1 score in favor of Real Madrid, and the only goal for UD Almeria was scored by Largie in the early moments of the game, but Lucas Vasquez equalized in the 61st minute. A few minutes later, Real Madrid scored the winning goal and the match ended in their favor.
Lamazani Largie is not yet set to play for Burundi as indicatedby Lamazani Mwanuke, his father. Lamazani Largie has played for the Belgian U-23 national team. Only his elder brother, Lamazani Diamant has chosen the Burundi national team.
